5 lbs Short ribs
1 C Shoyu
1 C Sugar
2 Tbsp Ko Chu Jang
1 Chili pepper, minced
8 Cloves garlic, minced

8 slices Ginger, minced
2 Tbsp Sesame oil
2 Tbsp Sesame seeds, toasted
1/2 C Green onions, chopped
Cooking Instructions
Boil short ribs for 1 hour. Combine all other ingredients and mix well. After boiling meat, pat dry and marinate meat in mixture for at least 4 hours. Cook over coals.
Additional Comments
Watch carefully when cooking on the hibachi. The meat is already cooked all you are doing is cooking the sugar in the marinade. Should be fast.
