Spicy Miso Chicken BBQ

1 C Miso
1 C Brown sugar
3/4 C Peanut butter
1 Beer
3 lbs. boneless/skinless thighs
1 bunch Green onion, chopped
1 small piece Ginger, chopped
2-3 cloves Garlic, chopped
Spiracha (Rooster Brand) red chili sauce to taste
Cooking Instructions
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Set aside about 3/4 C for basting before adding chicken. Add chicken to remaining marinade and allow to sit refrigerated for at least 8 hours and up to 24 hours. BBQ on Kiawe or Ohia coals. Baste chicken with extra sauce while over the coals.
