Izzie's Easy Rolls

1 bunch Watercress
2 or 3 Carrots (sticks)
5 cans (small kind) Tuna
1 package Kampyo
2 packages dried colored Shrimp flakes
4 C Rice
1/2 C Vinegar
1/4 C Water
1/2 C Sugar
4 Tbsp Shoyu
Sushi Nori
Cooking Instructions
When all cooked.. add the vinegar & water to rice. Pan cook tuna for 10 mins with 4 Tbsp shoyu and 1/2 cup sugar. Boil carrot sticks & kampyo until cooked, add sugar to water to sweeten.

Roll'um... I never used bamboo roller... been rolling with hand since I was a kid, so can't even tell you where to begin with that if you need to know how. Easy recipe, Simple.. GOOD!

This is my favorite recipe. In high-school, a friend and I used to make this and then SELL them at $1.00 per roll. This was long time ago when $1.00 was a lot for students. But we made lots of $$$ doing this. Simple recipe but very ono. Even the people that don't like to eat 'raw fish' can eat this one and not have it 'bite back' with too much vinegar.
