Long Rice Salad

Ingredients
1 med. Won Bok thinly sliced
Red Kamaboko thinly sliced
2 Eggs, fried and thinly sliced
1 pkg. 2 oz. Long Rice

Dressing #1
1/2 C Sugar
1/2 C Vinegar
1/2 C Sesame oil
1/2 C Shoyu
Dressing #2
1/4 C Vegetable oil
1/4 C Sesame oil
1/2 C Shoyu
1/2 C Sugar
1/2 C Vinegar
Cooking Instructions
Pour hot water over long rice. Let stand 20 minutes. Drain. Combine ingredients, pour dressing in, chill. Salad may be made the night before. Keep chilled.
Additional Comments
Great eating on hot summer days. Good addition to potluck picnics.
