Grilled Mahimahi Fish Tacos

1 lb Mahi mahi
1/4 C Extra virgin olive oil
1 or 2 Lime, juiced
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp Ancho chili powder
1 Jalapeno, coarsely chopped
1/4 C chopped fresh Cilantro leaves

Shredded white cabbage
Hot sauce
Crema or sour cream
Thinly sliced red onion
Thinly sliced green onion
Chopped cilantro leaves

Salsa Fresca:

4 large Tomatoes, about 2 1/2 lbs, seeded and roughly chopped
1 C chopped Maui onions
4 Serrano peppers or jalepeno, stems and seeds removed, minced
1/4 C chopped fresh Cilantro
2 Tbsp fresh Lime juice
1/2 tsp Salt
Cooking Instructions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place fish in a medium size dish. Whisk together the oil, lime juice, ancho, jalapeno, cumin powder, garlic and cilantro and pour over the fish. Let marinate for 15 to 20 minutes. Grill the fish for 4 minutes on the first side and then flip for 30 seconds and remove. Take tortilla place fish, condiments and salsa fresca. Enjoy.
