Easy Fried Rice

6 Eggs
1 lb Bacon
3-4 C cooked Rice
Green onions
Salt and black pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
Cut the bacon into 1/2 inch strips. Cut the green as small as you wish. Fry the bacon in a large fry pan, until almost crispy and drain the oil. Add the rice to the fry pan and mix with the bacon. Add the eggs all at once and mix until the eggs are just about well done. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Remove from the fry pan. Sprinkle the green onions on the top.
