1 box Sweet rice flour (Mochiko brand)
7 oz bag Shredded sweetened coconut
2 C Sugar
6 Eggs
1 Tbsp Baking powder
2 tsp Vanilla
1 1/2 C Water
1 12 oz can Evaporated milk
1 8 oz container Sour cream
1 stick Butter (1/2 C), melted
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a well greased oblong pan. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hours or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Additional Comments
I obtained this recipe from one of my cousins years ago and haven't tasted a bibingka recipe this good. Even my husband who's very picky really enjoys it! Hope you enjoy it too!!!
