Lemony Lemon Bars

2 C Flour
1/4 C Sugar
1 C Butter

2 C Sugar
1 tsp Baking powder
4 Tbps Flour
3 beaten Eggs
2 Lemons, juice and finely grated zest
Cooking Instructions

Mix the flour, sugar and butter as for a pie crust. Pat evenly into a 9x18-inch (or equivalent) jelly roll pan. Bake at 350F degrees until very light brown, about 15 minutes.


Mix ingredients in order given and pour over baked crust. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes, or until set. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

These are very lemony lemon bars but with enough sweet to be just right
