Chicken thighs
Country pork ribs
Any kine beef pieces
Fish if you got um
Taro leaves,or plenty spinach
Liquid smoke
Hawaiian salt
Cooking Instructions
Line 9x12 pan with foil. Spread half the spinach then layer meats on top. Sprinkle liquid smoke and salt, not more than 1 Tbsp. Can always add more later when pau cooking. Put rest of spinach on top and seal with foil. Wrap secure. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Ono with hot rice.

Here in Colorado we can't get a lot of the things we're use to. If no more care package, we improvise. Enjoy
