Christmas Chocolate Clusters

1/2 C Butterscotch chips
1/2 C Semisweet chips
1 Tbsp Shortening
1 C unsalted Spanish peanuts
2 Tbsp Peanut butter
Cooking Instructions
Over medium heat, melt both chips in a double boiler (or a heavy sauce pan above boiling water). Then add shortening. Add peanuts & peanut butter and stir till mixed well. DO NOT OVER COOK or chocolate will be hard. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper and allow to firm.

We make this every holiday season and they disappear almost BEFORE they harden!
