1 C Dry Opa'e(dried shrimp)
4 large Tomato's(diced)
1 large Sweet round onion (diced)
1 bunch Green onions(sliced thin)
Patis (enough to soak & cover dry opa'e in a small bowl) Patis is a Filipino fish sauce found in most Asian isles of your supermarket.
Cooking Instructions
Soak dry opa'e in patis for about 1/2 to 1 hour, Cut and slice tomato's, round and green onion. Combine and mix (lomi lomi). Add ice cubes, or crushed ice to make lomi opa'e cold fast and enjoy with POI. Enjoy!
