Ingredients
2-4 Mangos
Cilantro
Red Onion
Red & or green bell pepper
Sea salt
Vietnamese sweet chili sauce
Lime
Cooking Instructions
Cut mangos to bite size piesces. Make sure to squeeze the stuff you couldn't cut off the seed into the bowl- save all the juice. Chop red onions, bell peppers, cilantro - chunky to fine according to your taste. Squeeze in two halves of lime. Add a good pinch of sea salt and a good amount of Vietnamese sweet chili sauce. Put it in a blender and pulse it just a few.. and refridgerate. Delicious with tortilla or corn chips, crackers with cream cheese or also on fish.
