2-4 Mangos Cilantro Red Onion Red & or green bell pepper |
Sea salt Vietnamese sweet chili sauce Lime |

| Cut mangos to bite size piesces. Make sure to squeeze the stuff you couldn't cut off the seed into the bowl- save all the juice. Chop red onions, bell peppers, cilantro - chunky to fine according to your taste. Squeeze in two halves of lime. Add a good pinch of sea salt and a good amount of Vietnamese sweet chili sauce. Put it in a blender and pulse it just a few.. and refridgerate. Delicious with tortilla or corn chips, crackers with cream cheese or also on fish. |
