Ingredients
5 lbs Chicken thigh, washed, dried, deboned, sliced
2 C Flour
1/3 C Li Hing Mui Powder
Cooking Instructions
Dip chicken in milk or egg wash. Place chicken in dry mixture, do both sides. Pan fry in 1 cup veg oil using medium heat. Optional: deep fry at medium heat. Drain on paper towels. Ono hot or cold!
