Last Minute Ono Fruit Tart

1 stick Butter, softened at room temperature
1 C Flour
1/2 C Powdered sugar
1/2 C Mac nuts, ground fine
1 egg, beaten
1 8 oz box Cream cheese
1 small kine box Vanilla, coconut or lemon pudding (I like vanilla best)
1 small (4 oz) can slice Pineapple, save da joice
1 C Milk (gotta use whole milk!)
Assorted fruits to arrange on top of tart (i.e. sliced mangoes, strawberries, canned Mandarins, whateva you like)
Cooking Instructions
Whoa! Yo' ohana come to town las' min and you dunno wat to make. Well, first cream buttah (make sure the buggah soften at room temperature, no melt him or da crust will be too hard!) and sugah, den lomi da flour an' nuts in until coarse meal consistency forms. Press to da bottom of a 10 inch tart or springfoam pan (make sure it cover pan evenly, k?) Brush with beaten egg and bake at 350 til golden brown, mebbe 15 mins. Take out an' cool. Meanwhile, make'um filling: melt cream cheese in microwave til real soft an' easy to lomi. Blend in juice from pineapples, pudding mix an milk until consistency look like thick pudding or custard. Spread at bottom of cooled crust. Arrange fruit on top (make it real pretty k?) an' chill. If wanna be real fancy, brush top of tart with melted honey or marmalade right befo' serving to make fruit look all glazy and yummy.
Additional Comments
Dis tart is good 'cuz you can have many variations of the recipe. Instead of pineapple juice, can use OJ for orange cream flavah, almond extract for almond flavah, I even know someone use ground matcha green tea and azuki. Da recipe is yours to explore!
