Mokihana's Chicken Acapulco

4 Chicken breasts, cooked and cut up into bite-sized pieces or 1 whole chicken, cooked and cut up
4 Tbsp Flour
3 Tbsp Butter
1 C Sour cream
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1 4-oz can Diced green chilies
1 tsp onion salt
2 C grated Monterey Jack cheese
Cooking Instructions
Melt da butter in one saucepan. Add da flour and stir wit one whisk till smooth. Add da sour cream and stir till smooth, den add da cream of chicken soup and stir till smooth. Heat, but no lettum boil. Add da green chilies and da onion salt. Spread a greased or sprayed 13" x 9" pan with da cut up chicken. Spread da mixture in da saucepan over all da chicken. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Take out of da oven, den spread da cheese ontop erryting. Bake 5 minutes moah oa till da cheese come all melted.

I know dis sounds like one Mexican recipe, yeah; but u serve um ovah rice, so dat makes it local!
