Kalua Pig and Cabbage

4 tsp Butter
1 can Chicken broth
1 lb Kalua pig, cut up
1 onion, chopped
1 head Cabbage, cored and coarsely chopped
Sea salt to taste
Cooking Instructions
Place all ingredients into a small pot and bring to a simmer. Cover. As soon as cabbage begins to wilt (steam from boiling broth will cause this), turn of heat, season to taste and keep covered until ready to serve.
Additional Comments
Kimchee on one side, beer on the other.
