Green Onion Garlic Chicken Wings

6–7 lbs Chicken wings (1 Family Pak approx. 20-24 wings)
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger (minced or grated)
4–6 stalks Green onions (chopped)
2 cloves Garlic (crushed)
¼ C Corn or vegetable Oil
¼ tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Salt
¼ tsp MSG (optional)
Cooking Instructions
Par boil chicken wings in water for approximately 10 minutes and drain. In a large pot, heat oil and combine wings with the rest of the ingredients and then let simmer for another 10 minutes. Serve with rice.
Additional Comments
Note: This entrée is quick for people who don’t have much time to cook after coming home from work. Other alternate chopped chicken parts may be used instead of wings.
