Ono-kine Chow Fun (or Spaghetti)

Ingredients
2 lbs Fresh Chow Fun Noodles (Chinese Look Fun) or one (1) pkg. Spaghetti
1 C Marinated Meat(s) (chicken, beef, pork, etc.)
½ Round onion (Sliced)
½ lb Bean sprouts
4 stalks Green onions, cut in 3” pieces
3 Tbsp Oyster sauce
4 Tbsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Dark sesame oil
½ tsp Sugar
4 cloves Garlic, crushed
¼ tsp Cracked black pepper
1 dash MSG (Optional)
Cooking Instructions
Marinate both da noodles and meat first. In wun small bowl, mix da meat(s) wit about a tablespoon of cornstarch, a pinch of baking soda, liddo bit soy sauce, oyster sauce, and liddo bit black pepper. In wun noddah large containah, lomi da noodles wit da oyster and soy sauces plus crushed garlic, sesame oil, and black pepper and let stand for about 15 minutes. If you cannot find chow fun noodles, try substitute one (1) package cooked spaghetti instead. Heat up wun large wok or pot wit about 2 tablespoons of peanut or corn oil until smoking hot. Cook meat until just done. Eh, no cremate da buggah now. Take ‘um out and set aside. Heat da wok or pot up again wit about ½ cup of corn oil until smoking hot. Combine da noodles and da rest of ingredients wit da meat fo’ wun last family reunion befo’ serving. Tip: Add bean sprouts and veggies right at da end oddahwise da buggah going shrivel up and da buggah look tired!
