Ingredients
1 16oz Sour cream
3 eggs
2 blocks Butter, melted
2/3 C Sugar
4 C Bisquik
Cooking Instructions
In a medium bowl blend sour cream and eggs. In seperate bowl mix the sugar and Bisquik and add in sour cream mixture. Do not over mix. Pour half of melted butter in 13x9 cake pan and drop mixture in by spoonful. Pour the remaining butter over the top and bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned.
Additional Comments
You can spread your favorite jam or jelly on the top when removed from oven.
