1 lbs Beef, sliced cross thin
3 Tbsp Soy sauce (lite no work heah!)
1 Tbsp Hawaiian brown sugar
1 Tbsp Sesame oil
1 Tbsp Sesame seeds
1/8 tsp Fresh ground black pepper or coarse ground bottled pepper
4 Scallion, chopped 1" pieces
3 Garlic clove, peeled/crushed
1 tsp Fresh ginger root, grated
1 Tbsp Saki or dry sherry
1 Tbsp Red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp Peanut oil or sesame oil
Cooking Instructions
Mix pepper, scallions, garlic, ginger, saki and red pepper flakes in a

medium-size bowl. Add meat and toss. Marinate 30 minutes or more. Cook

the meat over medium-high heat on a stove top grill Korean style or barbeque meat. Heat the grill first,

making it very hot. Add the oil. (If using stovetop) Cook meat 1 to 2 minutes on each side,browning it nicely. Garnish with sesame seeds. If using barbeque grill, add sesame oil about 10 minutes before grilling into marinade or the oil won't allow the other items to sink into the meat.
