Recipe Number: 1097718945
Contributor: Berta
1-1 1/2 lbs Baby back spareribs, cut down middle lengthwise, then cut crosswise, about 2 inches
2 Tbsp Brown sugar
1/4 C Del Monte sweet pickle juice (has to be Del Monte or it won't taste the same)
1-2 Tbsp Shoyu, to taste
1 clove Garlic ( a couple of shakes of garlic seasoning)
Chopped Ginger to taste
Cooking Instructions
Brown spareribs in oil, about 1 Tbsp. Put in the pan a little water, couple spoons brown sugar, juice from Del Monte pickles, shoyu, garlic and ginger. Stir. TASTE. This is important, so you can adjust seasonings. If too sweet, add more shoyu, not enough garlic, put in more, etc. Then cover, cook on low for at least 40 minutes to an hour. MMMM. DA BEST!

You gotta try this. It is SO ONO you will be begging for more. The secret is in the pickle juice instead of pineapple. TRY IT you'll never go back to pineapple again!
