3 lbs Spareribs
1 Bell pepper (1" wedged)
1/2 C Flour
3 Tbsp Oil

Sweet Sour Sauce:
1/2 C Shoyu
1 C Vinegar
1 C Sugar
2" Ginger root (mashed)
Cornstarch Mixture:
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1/4 C Water

Toasted sesame seeds
Cooking Instructions
Parboil spareribs. Rinse and drain well. Dredge in flour lightly. Heat oil in heavy pan. Brown spareribs. Remove excess oil. Add sauce. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer 40 minutes. Add bell peppers and cook 10 more minutes. Thicken with cornstarch mixture. Sprinkle sesame seed.
