Sweet Sour Spareribs #1

1-1/2 lbs 2" medium size pork spareribs, cut up
1/2 C Vinegar
1/2 C Sugar
1/2 C Shoyu
1 piece Ginger (mashed)
1 clove Garlic (mashed)
1 8oz can Pineapple chunks (reserve liquid)
Cooking Instructions
Pan fry the spareribs. Add the rest of the ingredients, including the reserved liquid, to the pan (except the pineapple chunks) and simmer until the pork is cooked. Add the pineapple chunks prior to serving.
