Sweet Sour Ribs

2 lbs Spareribs
2 Tbsp Shoyu
1 Tbsp Ground ginger
1/2 C Vineger
1 tsp Dry mustard
3/4 C Sugar
2 pieces Garlic
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 C Water
Cooking Instructions
Fry ribs on low heat for 20 minutes. Pour fat out, fry ribs with garlic. Add shoyu, ground ginger, vinegar, powder mustard, sugar, salt, pepper and water. Cook on low heat until tender. Thicken with 1Tbsp. cornstarch. Add thinly sliced turnip and carrots.
