3-4 lbs Country style ribs
Garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 C Catsup
1/2 C Light brown sugar
1/4 C Vinegar
3-4 Tbsp Lemon juice
4-5 Tbsp Shoyu (Aloha da bes!)
1 small or 1/2 large Green pepper diced
1 can Pineapple and it's juice
Cooking Instructions
Rinse off ribs in cold water pat dry. Sprinkle with garlic powder salt and pepper to taste. Cook in small amount of cooking oil until all pau. Mix all other ingredients to make sauce. Take the meat out of the pot and put on paper towels to drain. Drain grease from pot put in the sauce, put meat on top simmer over low medium heat turning meat to coat. Cook until meat is soft, da kine can cut wit one fork. Soooo Ono Serve wit one BIG pot of rice.
