Super Easy Spareribs

2 lbs Spareribs
2/3 C Cider vinegar
2-inch slice Ginger, mashed
1/3 C Shoyu
1 tsp Salt
6 cloves Garlic, mashed
1/2 C Brown sugar
Cooking Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Skim off fat. If you wish to thicken sauce, mix 1 Tbsp. cornstarch with water to dissolve and add to sauce. Serve with steamed rice.
