Steamed Chicken with Lup Cheong & Mushrooms

1/2 lb Chicken, bite size pieces
2 ea Lup cheong, 1/4" thick. diagonal slice
4 ea Dried black mushrooms, soaked, sliced
1 Tbsp Shoyu
1 Tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tsp Oil
2 slices Ginger, slivered
Chinese parsley for garnish
Cooking Instructions
Marinate chicken pieces in shoyu, oyster sauce & oil for few min. In flat heat proof dish, arrange pieces of chicken, lup cheong, mushrooms & ginger randomly. Pour any remaining sauce over. Steam ~30 min. over high heat. Garnish w/ Chinese parsley.
