Ingredients
1 Gai choy (Chinese mustard cabbage)
Sauce:
1 Tbsp Vinegar
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Salt
Cooking Instructions
Cut gai choy into 1" pieces. Mix sauce & pour into bowl w/ gai choy. Lomi lomi gai choy w/ sauce, then put into bottle(s) w/ remaining sauce. Seal & put into refrigerator 3~4 days before use.
