Simple Furikake Salmon

Ingredients
Fresh Salmon (4x6 or whatever)
Garlic salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
1 Bottle Nori Fumi Furikake
1-2 Tbls Mayonnaise
Oil for frying (maybe 2 Tbls)
Cooking Instructions
Sprinkle salmon with garlic salt and pepper and lomi (rub) in. Spread mayonnaise on salmon and dip in furikake getting a good crust on salmon. Heat oil in pan and fry salmon until cooked evenly throughout. Furikake crust should be brown and fish cooked. So, adjust heat accordingly.
