Chicken thighs, deboned & flattened
Eggs, beaten (depends how much chicken)
Panko (Japanese bread crumbs)
Oil, for frying
Kikkoman Tonkatsu sauce
Shredded cabbage
Cooking Instructions
Heat oil in pan till hot. Coat chicken with flour, dip in egg batter, roll in panko, fry in oil till golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Slice and dip in katsu sauce. Serve on a bed of shredded cabbage.
