|Pork butt or shrimp
Medium Yellow onion
|Cut pork into bite size pieces, brown in oil. Add chopped tomatoe and onion and sautee till vegetables are soft. Cover with 4 cups water. Bring to boil. Season with salt/pepper to taste. Turn off heat and add rinsed watercress. If using shrimp, just add after adding the 4 cups water step.
