Ingredients
Pork butt or shrimp
Medium Yellow onion
Large Tomato
Watercress
Cut pork into bite size pieces, brown in oil. Add chopped tomatoe and onion and sautee till vegetables are soft. Cover with 4 cups water. Bring to boil. Season with salt/pepper to taste. Turn off heat and add rinsed watercress. If using shrimp, just add after adding the 4 cups water step.
