2 slices Bread
Margarine or butter
2 Eggs
Salt and Pepper
Cooking Instructions
Make a hole in the middle of the sliced bread by using a small cup or glass. At medium/high heat, place two slices of bread in a frying pan large enough to hold it (If you don't have a frying pan big enough, you may have to do one at a time.) Put enough margarine or butter in the puka of the slice bread. Crack an egg in the puka and add salt and pepper to your taste. Use a spatula and turn the bread over to cook the other side. If you cook it just right with some soft egg yolk, it is sooo ono!
