Pork Watercress w/ Tofu

Ingredients
2 lbs Pork butt
1 bundle Watercress
1 block Tofu
1 large Yellow onion
1 large Tomato
Shoyu
Salt and pepper
Cooking Instructions
Cut pork into bite size pieces. In medium size pot heat oil and brown pork. Add chopped onion and tomato to pot. After onion and tomato sautee, add 4 cups water. Bring to boil/covered. Simmer and add rinsed watercress and cubed tofu. Add shoyu,salt and pepper to taste. Serve over white steamed rice.
