Pork w/ Ong Choy & Harm Ha

1 Tbsp Oil
1 tsp Harm ha (shrimp sauce)
1 tsp Garlic, minced
4 oz sliced Pork
1/2 bunch Ong choy (a.k.a. water spinach, swamp cabbage), cut in 1" pieces.
Cooking Instructions
Heat oil in wok or pan. Add harm ha & garlic, cook til aroma is released. Add pork & stir-fry til half cooked. Add ong choy - stems first & stir fry. Add water if necessary. Add rest of ong choy & steam for 5 min. Serve with hot rice.
