Ingredients
Large bowl chunk size pork
Bundle Green onions
Regular Onions, if you like onions
Any type of mushrooms
1/2 C Bagong (fish sauce) Vegetable oil
Cooking Instructions
Add oil to pan. Add pork chunks and cook until nearly done. Add sliced round onions. When the onions turn a greyish color add the green onions and mushrooms. When all ingredients are almost done add a cup of fish sauce and cook at a moderate heat until done. Let stand for 10 minutes until time to serve.
Additional Comments
The fish sauce will smell to high heaven but truly a fine dish for the busy housewife.
