Pork butt
Hawaiian salt (Rock salt)

Rub pork butt with the salt, add a little (a few drops on each side) liquid smoke and rub in very good. Wrap in the tin foil (couple of layers to seal pork in). Put the tin foil package in the pot add water about 1/2 way up (put a couple of drops of liquid smoke into the water. Put it on the stove, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer all day (at least 6 hours). Add water every once in a while, don't add any more liquid smoke. Take the Pork out of the foil and shred it. Add Hawaiian salt to taste.
