5 lbs Chicken thighs or any part
1 C Sugar
1 C Shoyu
1 C Italian salad dressing (the cheaper brand the better)
Garlic & ginger
Cooking Instructions
Pour shoyu, sugar and dressing into large Ziplock bag and mix till sugar dissolves. Smash garlic and ginger (any amount) and add to mix. Add chicken and marinate 2 hours or overnight. Bake uncover at 375 degrees or grill.
