Box Chicken thighs
One tub Miso "The Green Tub"
1 C Shoyu
1 C Sugar
1 can Coors Light ( dont ask me why! Just do it!)
1/2 C Chopped green onions
Cooking Instructions
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients (except the Chicken). Once mixed well, then you can add the chicken and put it in the ice box over night or at least 8 hours. Then start the BBQ. Cooking this in the oven does not do the chicken justice.
