Lunch Wagon Curry Stew

2-2.5 lbs Stew meat, cubed (more if you gotta have meat!!)
2 medium Potatoes, cubed
1 large Onion, quartered
2 large Carrots, sliced
3 stalks Celery, diced
3-4 Tbsp Curry powder (or more depending on your tastes)
4 C Water
2 cubes Beef bouillon
2-3 tsp. Salt (or more to taste)
1/2 C Flour and water paste
Cooking Instructions
Heat a frying pan with oil and brown meat on all sides. Place browned meat in pot with water and beef bouillon cubes. Cover and cook for 1 hour. Simmer 1/2 hour longer. Then add curry and vegetables. Cook covered until potatoes are done. Add salt then stir in flour-and-water paste....Enjoy!!

Editor's Note: I made this in my crockpot. It was ONO! Put all ingredients EXCEPT the water and flour paste mixture into the crockpot (at least a 3.5 qt size or all won't fit) and mix. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 8-10 hours. After the cook time, add the water and flour paste mixture and cook on high, stirring until thickened, about 5-10 minutes more. Pour over rice and GRIND!
