2 lbs Frying chicken (cut up)
2 pkg Frozen spinach, chopped or leaf (10 oz. ea.)
1 can Coconut milk (12 oz.)
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Dry minced onion
Cooking Instructions
Thaw & squeeze excess liquid from spinach, spread to cover bottom of flat casserole dish, then place chicken over spinach. Mix remaining ingredients & pour over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 F. 1-1/2 hours.
