Korean Style Chicken Wings

6-7 lbs Chicken wings
1 C Soy sauce
C Sugar
2 Tbsp Mirin cooking sake
1 Tbsp fresh Ginger (minced)
4-6 stalks Green onions (chopped)
6-10 cloves Garlic (crushed)
3 Tbsp Dark sesame Oil
1 Tbsp Black pepper
1 tsp Roasted sesame seeds
tsp. MSG (optional)
Cooking Instructions
Mix ingredients in a marinating Tupperware with chicken wings and let stand for several hours or preferably overnight for best effects. Grill over charcoal stove and serve.
