|2 Hamburger buns, large
1 6oz can Chunk light tuna
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
2 slices American cheese, room temperature
2-4 leaves Won bok kim chee, patted dry
|In a bowl, combine tuna and mayo. In a lightly oiled frying pan on medium heat, grill four bun halves face down until golden, about 2 minutes. Flip, place cheese on two buns, and let melt, about 1 minute. Spread the tuna mix onto two buns. Layer the kim chee onto two buns. Serve hot off the grill. Makes 2 sandwiches.
