Kau Yuk with Potatoes

Ingredients
2 lbs Belly pork
2 White potatoes
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
1/8 tsp 5 star powder
1 corner Whole 5 star
1 Tbsp thick soyu sauce
2 Tbsp Red bean curd
2 Tbsp Brown sugar
1 slice Ginger (crushed)
2 clove Garlic (crushed)
Cooking Instructions
Boil pork for 15 mins, run under cold water. Prick skin with a fork to allow excess fat to ooze out. Wipe pork dry, slice cross-wise in 1/4 inch pieces. Slice potato same way. Mix remaining ingredients, rub into pork, let stand for 5 mins. Place pork in a steamer proof bowl, skin to the bottom of the bowl. Arrange potato slices in between pork slices. Steam for 2 hrs. or until very tender.
