Pork Ribs
1 Ginger root
1 C Brown sugar
3/4 C Shoyu
1 C Ketchup
1/2 C Oyster sauce
Cooking Instructions
Chop and crush ginger root. Boil ginger and pork ribs for one hour. Drain. Remove ginger. Mix sauce from all remaining ingredaments. Pour over ribs and marinate overnight in refrig. Barbecue until brown then baste on sauce and cook until well glazed.
