Hawaiian-kine Salt Chicken

4 Chicken thighs
1 1/2 C Shoyu
1 C Water
1/2 C Hawaiian salt
1/2 C White wine
Cooking Instructions
Place chicken thighs in a baking dish. Mix shoyu, water, Hawaiian salt, pepper and white wine in a bowl, and pour over chicken thighs. Marinate in fridge for about an hour. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 1 hour. (Make sure you turn the chicken over at 30 minutes) Finally, take 'em out and serve wit da hot rice!
