1 1/2 C Hot chicken broth

Cooking Instructions
Mix 1/2 cup cornstarch with water. Once dissolved, add garlic, ginger, sugar, 1/2 cup shoyu, vinegar, wine, chicken broth and MSG. Stir all until sugar dissolves and place in refrigerator until needed. In separate bowl, mix chicken, 1/4 cup shoyu and white pepper. Stir in egg. Once egg is mixed add cornstarch and mix until chicken is coated evenly. Add cup of vegetable oil to help separate chicken pieces. Deep fry chicken at 350 degree until crispy and drain on towel. Separate the chicken pieces before adding them in the oil so they so fry in one big clump. In a wok, add oil. When oil is hot add green onion and peppers and sauté briefly. Stir sauce mixture and add to wok, then add the chicken and cook until sauce thickens.
