Ingredients
3/4 C Shoyu
2 cloves Garlic, smashed
Thumb size piece Ginger (smashed)
2/3 C Brown sugar, packed
5 lb Chicken thighs
Cooking Instructions
In a large pot mix all ingredients, simmer on stove-top on a medium heat for a least 45 minutes or until checken is done. occasionally stir so chicken won't burn
