E-Z Mushroom Chicken

2-1/2 lbs Chicken
2 cans Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 tray (8 oz.) fresh broiler mushrooms, sliced or 1 can sliced button mushrooms
Cooking Instructions
Salt and pepper thighs, then place in slow cooker or a crockpot. Cover with sliced mushrooms and mushroom soup. Cook on low heat (approx. 225 degrees) for about 10-12 hours.
Additional Comments
This is an E-Z dish to make. My mom used to make this dish for us before she'd leave to go to work and ready for us when we'd get home from school. Now my kids love to eat this with lots of gravy and lots of rice! So tender and the chicken just falls apart!
