Ingredients

1 pkg Imitation crab or fishcake (kamaboko)
1 C each Grated cheddar & mozzarella cheeses
1 stalk Green onion chopped fine

3 heaping Tbsp Mayonnaise
1 French bread cut in half lengthwise

Cooking Instructions

Mix all of these ingredients together in a large bowl. You may add more mayonnaise for a smoother consistency. Spread mixture onto french bread and bake in the oven until cheese melts and bread browns. Remove from oven and slice into bite-size servings.
