1/3 lbs Boneless beef or chicken, thinly sliced
2 Tbps Oil
1/2 C Carrots, matchstick sliced
1/2 C Bamboo shoots,
matchstick sliced
1/4 lbs Sliced nappa cabbage
2 C Chopped spinach
3 oz Bean threads (Saifun), soaked in warm water
2 Tbsp Soy sauce
1 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 tsp Toasted sesame seeds
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1 Tbsp Sesame seed oil
2 finely chopped Green onions
Cooking Instructions
Combine beef or chicken with marinade. Heat wok on medium-high heat and add 2 Tbsps. oil. Cook beef or chicken until done; add carrots, bamboo shoots, cabbage and spinach and thoroughly combine. Add bean threads and remaining ingredients. Continue cooking on medium heat until all ingredients are hot. Serves 4.
